A little tired recently

I get up at 7 everyday , when i am woken by the voice of the bell ,i always feel tired . i wonder the reason why i feel so tired . maybe i know a little of the reason . i am thinking too much every day , the content of the thinking include work and study and etc . perhaps that make my brain be exhaust. i feel a pressure on my shoulder . although the pressure is not as much as my last job. i must do my best .
I don't do anything in my spare time but learing english and watching japanese moive . that's compose my live. the company is a little far away from the city . so the traffic is unconvenient. i stay at the room almost my whole night. maybe i should go out and play with friends. that would make me relax.
